Peacefully at University Hospital, London on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, Edward "Ted" Saunders passed away days shy of his 79th birthday. Beloved son of the late Edgar and Vera Saunders. Dear brother of Joseph Saunders and his late wife Diana. Loving uncle of David Saunders and his wife Mona and Cathy Grand and her husband James and great uncle of Katelyn, Mackenzie, Shelby, Joseph, Addison, and Avery.

Ted was a resident of Forward House, his life was touched ever so kindly by the care and compassion of the staff, especially Eric, Niki, Tate, Allison, Kim and Nicole. The Saunders' family extends many thanks to all those who worked with Ted over the years.

Friends are welcome to visitation on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, one-hour prior (10-11am) to the funeral service at 11am. Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Thomas. In lieu of flowers, donations to honour Ted's life may be made to The Forward House of London, 402-111 Waterloo Street, London, ON N6B 2M4.
