Lloyd will always hold a special place in our hearts. He was always there for A visit and a laugh and my girls adored him. Whether it be a passing wave from his chair by the window or a chat on the porch he made every day a little brighter. Our street will not be the same without him but we were so lucky to have him share in our lives for the past 11 years not only as a neighbour but a friend we thought of as family. We have all of you in our thoughts!

My children and I will miss your Dad very much he was a treasured member of the Emery neighbors and we enjoyed always being made to feel special by his friendliness and care. Wether snow blowing or special treat on holidays. Lloyd is one of a kind.

We would like to send heartfelt sympathy to all of Lloyd's family. Lloyd had been our great neighbour for 38 years. We spent many nights with Lloyd and Eileen sharing laughs and having fun together on their porch. Lloyd had a big heart and liked to lend a helping hand when he could. He was often out helping neighbours with snow removal or whatever one of us needed at the time. He was our "Mayor of Emery Street" and he was loved by all that lived nearby him. The neighbourhood just won't be the same without him.

Derek, Aayla and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to Jeff, Dan and all of the family. Emery will not be the same without Lloyd. He was an amazing person who always thought of others. Lloyd and Eileen were a bright part of our lives. They were truly wonderful people and will always be missed. XO

Your dad and mom were our neighbours two doors down. We moved 35 years ago but exchanged Christmas cards every year until your mom passed. Your dad then called every Christmas and we caught up. He was a lovely man. Our thoughts are with you.??

Mike and I send our condolences to Jeff, Dan and all of Lloyd’s family. Before I was married, I lived 2 doors to the west of Lloyd and Eileen for 10 years. They were both such caring and giving people and a tremendous addition to our Emery St neighbourhood. From regular Friday night porch parties, to impromptu gatherings in his shed, to seeing him looking out the front window, there are so many wonderful memories of Lloyd. Mike and I will miss him very much.
