Dear Gayle and family: I enjoyed getting to know your Mom and your Dad over the years doing little projects for them. My sincere condolences on the loss of your Mom. I know you will miss her dearly. You were a good and faithful daughter and caregiver to both your parents when they needed you most.

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. She was a wonderful person and it was a joy to get to know her while my husband Ken Davis was just down the hall from her. I always went to say hello to the "Ladies" at their table when I was in for lunch or dinner with Ken. Pat sat at the head of the table and was always such a warm, wonderful person. She will be missed.

Thinking of all Pat"s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren at this time. Remembering a kind and vibrant woman who loved the Lord and her family dearly. I have memories of a stylish lady with beautiful flaming red hair who shared her gift for sewing and designing with many. My prayers are with you and I am asking the Lord that many happy memories will give you comfort along with the knowledge that she is home at last.

At Christmas when I stopped in to visit, Pat said she wondered what her purpose was in still living. She was ready to go home. But in the past she had also said that she prayed for me every single day. What a legacy and a strength to give to someone. I often drew on that knowledge during a rough day. It will be sorely missed.

Karen, Gayle, Bruce, Geoff and Shaughn, I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Pat's passing.
I remember her as a strong, very caring and kind woman, who had a laugh that made you smile and want to join in.
In listening to her stories of her skating championship days and seeing her creativity in the beautiful garments she created sparked a love of the same in me. I was truly blessed to have had those opportunities with her.
My sincere and deepest condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
May your memories and the celebration of her life sustain you through your grief and the days to come.
She will be deeply missed.
Much love,
Cathy

Aunt Pat,

You were truly a wonderful person and I will always have memories of time spent together, especially those summers as a teenager in Ontario. I remember you challenging me to make good life decisions, and were never afraid to tell me (or anyone!) when I was out of line. Even though our time together wasn't long, I remember much of it fondly.

I'm sorry I never got a chance to say goodbye, and never got a chance to write this earlier. You will be missed. :(

To all of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, I cannot express enough my deepest condolences in learning of the passing of my Great Aunt Pat. I fondly remember summers in London as a teenager spending time with her and Ken, and recall what an outstanding woman she truly was. Mostly, I remember that she was never afraid to be honest and let people know where she stood. I always have been proud to say she was family.

My wife, Sarah, and I send our sympathies and thoughts to those closest to Pat during this difficult time.
